Indian Council of Agricultural Investigation (ICAR) has stated that all over 75,000 farmers have doubled their cash flow by adopting the know-how created by it and stated it will attempt to make sure a very similar quantity of farmers reward from its know-how.
“As several as 75,000 farmers have doubled their cash flow, some of them even raised cash flow five-seven periods by adopting know-how created by ICAR. Now we will develop very similar quantity of farmers,” stated ICAR’s director general Trilochan Mohapatra.
Speaking at a meeting organised by Rural Voice, on Thursday, Mohapatra stated whilst know-how is important, raising farmers’ cash flow is equally significant. He pressured on conservation of drinking water and reduction in urea intake by adopting most current technologies such as precision farming.

The ICAR DG also stated that there are 750 begin-ups have been supported in agriculture sector in final 7 yrs.
Previous NABARD Chairman H K Bhanwala stated these begin-ups have assisted boost transparency. But there is a want to supply credit history to these begin-ups simply so that more folks get attracted to begin their possess enterprises, he stated, including the federal government need to think about producing a special agriculture fund from which strategies can attract their possess required fund.
