HHS awards $20 million to increase telehealth access

The U.S. Department of Wellness and Human Companies, through the Wellness Sources and Companies Administration, has awarded $20 million to boost telehealth accessibility and infrastructure for providers and family members to enable stop and react to COVID-19.

HRSA’s Federal Place of work of Rural Wellness Plan awarded a complete of $5 million to two recipients to work with expert and state licensing boards and nationwide compacts to produce a streamlined process for telehealth clinicians to obtain multi-state licensure.
