Hosni Mubarak, Egyptian Autocrat Ousted in Popular Uprising, Dies

CAIRO—Egypt’s previous President Hosni Mubarak, whose 3 many years of autocratic rule sparked the well known rebellion that would catalyze an era of revolution and war across the Arab environment, died Tuesday. He was 91.
