Jay Shree Tea and Industries Ltd has entered into arrangement with Jimsam Tea Equipments Ltd for sale of two of its estates at Valparai in Tamil Nadu for an estimated ₹46 crore.
The estates contributed about 5 for each cent to its whole turnover which stood at ₹486 crore in FY-twenty.
The sale system is predicted to be finish by May well 2021, the enterprise stated in a notification to inventory trade on Thursday.
The company’s board had, in January previous 12 months, decided to monetise certain tea estates and or other property in India or abroad.
