North Korea Launches Two Short-Range Ballistic Missiles Off Eastern Coast

SEOUL—North Korea launched two clear quick-selection ballistic missiles off its east coast Sunday early morning, South Korea’s army said, as Pyongyang continues to a routine of weapons screening amid a lull in disarmament talks with the U.S.

The Sunday launch represented the fourth test this month by the Kim Jong Un regime.
