The Securities and Trade Board of India (Sebi) on Wednesday barred Future Team founder Kishore Biyani from the capital markets for 1 12 months for alleged breach of insider trading rules.
The regulator directed Biyani and 3 other entities to disgorge more than Rs twenty crore manufactured wrongfully by dealing in shares when in possession of unpublished selling price delicate information and facts (UPSI).
