Facebook Wants FTC Chair off Antitrust Case

In what could be a preemptive authorized move, Fb is trying to get the recusal of U.S. Federal Trade Fee Chair Lina Khan from the agency’s antitrust scenario towards the business.

Khan’s recusal is warranted, Fb said in a court filing, simply because as a longtime critic of Fb, she “cannot satisfy any regular for neutrality that would allow her to take part in any selection-making regarding the FTC’s pending antitrust litigation.”
